ROC Partners (HK) Limited is the Hong Kong operation of Roc Partners, an Australia-based private-markets investment manager with more than 25 years of experience in private equity and alternative investments. Roc Partners established its Hong Kong office as part of its expansion across Asia-Pacific and subsequently developed direct private-equity, growth-equity and real-assets capabilities. Its investment activities include primary private-equity funds, secondaries, co-investments, direct and growth equity, food and agriculture investments and real assets. The firm primarily serves institutional investors, while also working with family offices, foundations, endowments and high-net-worth investors. Roc Partners reported approximately A$9 billion of funds under management or advice as of 31 December 2025.
