PATRIZIA Hong Kong Limited is the Hong Kong operation of PATRIZIA SE, a Germany-based investment manager specialising in real assets. PATRIZIA invests for institutional, semi-professional and private investors across real estate and infrastructure and maintains an Asia-Pacific presence including Hong Kong. Its principal activities include real-estate and infrastructure investment management, investment advisory and institutional asset management. PATRIZIA reported €56.2 billion of group AUM as of 31 December 2025, with Asia-Pacific representing approximately 5% of AUM at September 2025; the standalone AUM of the Hong Kong entity is not separately disclosed.
