MIB Securities (Hong Kong) Limited is the Hong Kong securities and investment-banking business of Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank), one of Southeast Asia’s largest financial-services groups. MIB Securities was established in Hong Kong in 1988 and became part of Maybank following Maybank’s acquisition of Kim Eng in 2011. The firm provides securities brokerage, institutional sales and trading, research, derivatives services, securities financing and investment-banking solutions. Its Hong Kong platform supports corporate and institutional clients with capital raising, equity transactions, corporate finance and access to regional financial markets. MIB Securities is wholly owned by Maybank.
