It operates the IX Asia Indexes business, which develops and administers financial benchmarks, including digital-asset and cryptocurrency indexes, as well as indexes used for futures products, valuations and portfolio construction. The company previously operated under the name IX Asia Indexes Company Limited and changed its name to IX Capital International Limited effective 26 April 2023. Irene OL Wong is identified as the founder and CEO of IX Capital International. The business has a strong fintech and digital-assets orientation, including crypto benchmarks, index products, real-time index data and investment-advisory solutions. Its first crypto benchmark was launched in Hong Kong in December 2018.
