ICBC International Capital Limited is the Hong Kong investment-banking and corporate-finance platform of ICBC International Holdings Limited, the overseas investment-banking arm of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The company provides corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financial advisory, and other investment-banking services. ICBC International was established in 2008 as ICBC's international investment-banking platform and has developed a broad Hong Kong capital-markets business supporting Chinese and international corporations.
