The company provides securities brokerage, futures, investment banking, corporate finance, research, wealth management, and capital-markets services to institutional, corporate, and individual investors. The Hong Kong business has operated since the 1990s and has developed into one of the group's principal international platforms. The firm is wholly owned by Guotai Junan International and also supports the group's international activities in Vietnam and other Asian markets.
