East Asia Securities Company Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1985 as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of East Asia, Limited. It forms the securities-brokerage arm of the BEA Group and provides investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients. The firm provides securities brokerage and trading services covering Hong Kong equities, China B-shares, and other markets, together with access to Stock Connect and related investment services. Its parent, The Bank of East Asia, was founded in Hong Kong in 1918 by Li Koon-chun and Li Tsan-chen.
