Clearstream Fund Centre (Hong Kong) Limited is the Hong Kong platform associated with Clearstream Fund Centre, the global fund-distribution and investment-fund services business of Deutsche Börse Group. Clearstream Fund Centre was created in 2020 following Deutsche Börse’s acquisition of a majority stake in UBS’s Fondcenter platform and became wholly owned by Deutsche Börse in June 2021. The business provides fund-distribution support, fund data, research, fee-management, documentation, and related investment-fund services to distributors and asset managers. Clearstream Fund Centre reported more than €300 billion in assets under administration in 2021; this represents assets administered through the broader platform rather than AUM of the Hong Kong entity.
