Ching Lieh Chou (周敬烈), previously an equity portfolio manager at Allianz Global Investors Taiwan, has joined Point72 Hong Kong, LTD.

Previously, Chou was a portfolio manager at Allianz Global Investors Taiwan (March 2022-June 2026), managing Taiwan-focused technology and thematic equity funds. Chou was responsible for semiconductor research across areas including intellectual property and ASICs, IC design, outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing (OSAT), raw wafers and memory.

Prior to that, he was a fund manager (July 2020-March 2022) and an analyst (July 2018-July 2020) at Yuanta Securities Investment Trust Company, LTD.

Before that, Chou was an industry analyst at the Institute for Information Industry (March 2017-June 2018) and a financial advisor at KGI Securities (December 2015-March 2017).

He holds a Bachelor in Statistics and Information Science from Fu Jen Catholic University (‘12) and a Master's in Operations Management and Supervision from the National Chiao Tung University (‘14).
