BlackRock has appointed Ms. Lina Lim (Lim Lina Poh Imm) 林寶音, CFA as the Head of Commercialization, Asia-Pacific, for Citi Portfolio Solutions Powered by BlackRock (CxB), effective October 5, 2026.

Based in Hong Kong, Lim will lead the expansion of the CxB platform across Asia-Pacific, working across BlackRock's businesses to bring customized investment capabilities to wealth clients in the region and further strengthen the offering for Citi clients.

Before joining BlackRock, Lim was a Managing Director and held senior leadership responsibilities across Funds & Discretionary, Hong Kong Wealth and Premier Solutions, and regional Funds & Discretionary for APAC Wealth and Premier Solutions at HSBC.

Earlier in her career, Lim worked at J.P. Morgan, where she held senior regional roles in wealth management, including responsibility for managed and discretionary solutions in Asia.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management in Hong Kong. She began her career at EY in Malaysia.

Lim holds the CFA and ACCA qualifications and has extensive experience across asset management, wealth management, discretionary solutions and managed investment platforms.
