Fixed income portfolio manager Tsai Wei-Hao (蔡維豪) has joined First Securities Investment Trust Company, LTD (第一金投信), where Tsai began managing the First Securities Global Non-Investment Grade Bond Fund (第一金全球非投資等級債券基金), effective 1 October 2026.

Previously, Tsai served as a Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist at Union Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (聯邦投信). Earlier, Tsai was a Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Research Analyst at Mega International Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (兆豐投信). Tsai began the investment-management career as an Investment Specialist at Shin Kong Life Insurance (新光人壽).

Tsai holds a Master's degree in Finance from National Chengchi University.
