Gateway Capital (Hong Kong), LTD is an Hong Kong SFC-licensed entity and serves as an investment manager for Gateway Real Estate Fund VII (Hong Kong), LPF, a Hong Kong-registered limited partnership fund focused on long-term real-estate investments across the Asia Pacific region.
