Previously, Wang was an equity research analyst at CLSA, LTD, where he covered China consumer sectors (January 2019-August 2026).

Mr. Wang’s equity research coverage included the following securities:

周黑鸭 Zhou Hei Ya 01458.HK, CHA, Yum China Holdings (YUMC), Lexinfintech Holdings (LX).

Prior to that, he was an analyst at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong), LTD (January 2018-January 2019). Before that, Wang was an assistant manager at KPMG China (October 2014-January 2018).

He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong (‘14), exchange study at the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce (‘12) and an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (‘25).
